Whether you're stepping into the gym for the first time, chasing competitive goals, or rebuilding strength, Alex’s coaching meets you where you are and pushes you further.

Jill Katsiroubas is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, a seasoned boxing coach, and a proud mom of two. With over eight years of experience leading private, semi-private, and large group classes, Jill brings energy, precision, and a true love for boxing and kickboxing to every session. She specializes in group boxing classes as well as personalized one-on-one and small group training.

Will is an enthusiastic and knowledgeable coach who brings the perfect mix of boxing grit and strength training precision to every class. An amateur boxer and Olympic weightlifter, he’s known for his high energy, positive attitude, and results-driven sessions that push members to perform at their best. Whether he’s leading explosive lower-body work or refining technique on the bag, Will keeps every round challenging, motivating, and fun.

Katie is a passionate fitness professional with a background in Exercise Science from Ithaca College and years of experience coaching diverse populations. As an Exercise Physiologist, Katie is dedicated to helping members build strength, confidence, and balance. Her classes are upbeat, motivating, and designed to help every athlete feel their best.
