Forged Fitness and Boxing was founded in 2020 with the simple but powerful belief that fitness should be personal, purposeful, and transformative.

After years spent honing his craft in strength training and boxing, Alex Badlissi set out to create something different: a space where every client, no matter their starting point, could find strength through individualized programming and hands-on coaching.

​

As a USA Boxing Certified Coach and a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Alex brings elite-level experience with a down-to-earth, client-first approach. Whether you’re an athlete chasing peak performance, a beginner learning the basics, or someone reclaiming your mobility and confidence, Forged Fitness and Boxing meets you where you are, and pushes you further.
