What to Expect

Boxing classes at Forged are structured, high-energy, and coached with purpose. Each class blends technical boxing work, strength, and conditioning, all coached with attention to form and effort. Expect focused instruction, structured rounds, high energy and clear guidance led by experienced coaches. Train hard, move with purpose, and leave stronger every time. Whether you're new to boxing or looking to refine your skills, each class blends instruction, movement, and strength-focused drills. Every round has a reason, and you’ll feel the difference.

CLASS TYPES

Forged Circuits

Full-body conditioning classes that deliver high impact in a structured, high-energy format.


You'll rotate through 3–4 training stations that may include heavy bag work, upper and lower body strength training, core activation, and conditioning drills.


Each station is coach-led and time-based, keeping intensity high while allowing you to move at your own pace. Whether you're here for the sweat or the structure, this is where strength meets stamina.

This class is all about sharpening your boxing IQ, improving form, rhythm, and skill.
 

In a small group setting, you’ll get focused coaching on technique using mitt work, specialty bags, footwork ladders, and controlled conditioning rounds.


The pace is steady and intentional ideal for beginners looking to build fundamentals or experienced boxers wanting to level up their precision.

 

Expect individual attention without the pressure of going it alone.

Our youth classes are designed to build coordination, confidence, and strength through focused boxing-based training.

Each session blends movement drills, boxing technique, and age-appropriate conditioning, all in a structured, supportive environment.

Classes are fast-paced but beginner-friendly, emphasizing proper form, self-discipline, and focus. Whether your child is trying boxing for the first time or looking to develop athletic ability in a new way, our youth classes help them move with purpose and grow through consistency.
